• Professional Information: Specializations, experience, portfolio images, equipment details.
• Booking & Job Information: Event details, location information, booking history.
• Communication Data: Messages exchanged through in-app chat features.
• Subscription Information: Subscription status, plan type, transaction identifiers (we do NOT store full payment card details).
• Device & Usage Information: IP address, device type, operating system, app usage data, crash reports.

We do not collect precise GPS location data unless explicitly required for a specific feature.

CrewDot offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features.

iOS (Apple App Store):
Subscriptions purchased on iOS devices are processed securely through Apple’s StoreKit In-App Purchase system. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID account settings.

Android (Google Play & Razorpay):
Subscriptions and payments on Android devices may be processed through Google Play Billing or Razorpay. CrewDot does not store full payment card details. All payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment providers.

Crew Dot does not directly collect, process, or store full credit/debit card numbers.

The Application uses trusted third-party services, including:

• Apple App Store (StoreKit – iOS payments)
• Google Play Services
• Razorpay (Android payments)
• Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics)

These third parties may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information:

• With service providers who assist in operating the Application
